I've worked in various roles in behavioral health since 2007. I started in substance abuse rehabs, then went on to work in inpatient mental health, transitioned to the insurance side of things, and now am in outpatient behavioral health. I've worked with all age ranges from 4-92. I like to use humor (and a little sarcasm) to meet you where you are at in your journey so I can get you to where you need to be. I employ a person centered approach using solution based techniques, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
